Lyman Faris is a Ohio trucker who pleaded guilty to felony charges for cooperating in a plot with other members of al-Qaida to blow up a plane and sabotage the Brooklyn Bridge. Now Mr. Lyman Faris want his guilty plea thrown out because his lawyers claim that he was caught by the NSA plotting to kill American by their uses of "unconstitutional wiretaps." I really want to know if liberal really think this man should be release from prison because he was caught talking to known al-Qaeda members overseas. If liberals think Faris should be freed their is no limit to their madness. And i say if the great work of the NSA saving Americans from al-Qeada is unconstitution, then the Constitution need new amendments. Damn liberals think the U.S. Constitution is a suicide pack we made with foreign threats.
The man plead guilty to plotting with al-Qeada but now liberal democrats have provided him with a defense while Lyman Faris has provided conservatives with proof of how democrats are underminding the war against al-Qeada. Dems are so weak on terrorism that they are providing support for al-Qeada members. Or Dems are so weak on terrorism that al-Qeada members can use DNC talking points to defend themselves in court.
